Customer journey

A clear sequence with fewer dead ends

Each step answers a simple customer question: what is available, what will it cost and what happens after submission.

1

Discover

Choose a location, dates, number of guests or a relevant discovery scenario.

2

Compare

Review published resources, availability and an initial price.

3

Build a cart

Combine several properties, services or items in one order.

4

Validate

Check current availability, price and required details again.

5

Create the outcome

Create a booking or an enquiry, depending on the business configuration.

6

Payment

Depending on your settings, guests may or must pay online—the chosen prepayment percentage or the full amount. Offline payment remains available.

The right outcome

One interface for simple and complex orders

Booking

When terms are clear, the customer confirms contact details, order contents and the current price.

Enquiry

When details need discussion, the team receives a structured request and continues inside FormiBook.

A guided path to booking

Two ways to help customers decide

Send a ready cart for self-service or prepare a tailored offer when the details need to be agreed first.

Public Booking Link — a ready cart by link

Prepare a suitable selection in advance and give the customer a ready starting point. The link is independent: it creates no booking and locks neither price nor availability.

  • Create a link from a new Planner draft or a saved editable proposal without changing the source.
  • Carry over the location, dates, party, resources, quantities, extras and additional details.
  • Guests open an editable ready cart in their language; normal price, availability and rule checks still apply before submission.
  • Copy, open and delete links in a dedicated registry, review their contents and calculate the current price on demand.
  • Open Public Booking as a separate page or embed it as a block on the owner's website—without building a booking engine from scratch.

Customer Proposal — a tailored offer

Prepare individual terms for a corporate event, group or complex order and guide the offer through to an agreed booking.

  • Create a proposal from an incoming enquiry or directly after a call, email or message; the original enquiry remains in the history.
  • Combine resources, services, extras, properties, pricing variants and participant counts in one calculation.
  • Check readiness, price and availability, preview the email and send the proposal to the customer.
  • Each sent revision preserves its contents, totals, email and attachments, so it is clear what the customer received.
  • Once agreed, convert the proposal into a tentative or confirmed booking with a fresh check of the current terms.
Explore the proposal workflow

A clear confirmation step

Before submission, the customer reviews the order, enters contact details and, when required, accepts published terms and documents. A changed price must be confirmed again.

The public order enters the operational workflow

The resulting booking or enquiry uses the same resources, availability, pricing and customer details as the owner's workspace.

Available resources and actions depend on the publication, plan and settings of each account. Online payment works after connecting one of the supported payment services.
